Please save your receipt so we can take care of you awesomely!

Return Policy
If you need to make a merchandise return that is no problem at all. We ask that you supply us with your:

  • Proof of purchase
  • All original tags are on the item (this makes it so we are able to re-sell the item).
  • The item has not been used. Hard good equipment is handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • The return takes place within 5 days of purchase.

Warranty Info
Our Manufacturers will not accept a Warranty Return without an authorized dealer receipt from BOBOS.

Warranty Returns are accepted as follows:

  • Proof of Purchase
  • Cause of Warranty Claim
  • Warranty Claims need to be approved by the Manufacturer.
  • Warranty approval comes from the Manufacturer.
  • Typically there is one-way warranty freight charge for the customer.
  • The manufacturer will pay the charge to send the new or refurbished product back to BOBOS.
